The career service at Maven Partners offers candidates a unique consulting proposition. We look at a number of quantitative and qualitative elements to provide you with an audit report on your current career status.

The service can be broken down as follows:

A bespoke salary survey, which takes into account your qualifications, experience, specialism and location and benchmarks your remuneration against that of other professionals in your sector
An experience audit that looks at the type of work you are undertaking and cross-references this with your job description, external peers and, most importantly, with the experience required to reach your next goal
A job-satisfaction audit to assess enjoyment levels in your role, as well as to help identify potential changes that could be made to enhance this area
Ongoing career mentoring
