We identify talent in three ways:

  • Executive Search – identifying candidates proactively and making discreet, professional approaches;
  • Retained Selection – managing traditional print, online and social media campaigns;
  • Contingent Selection – identifying talent from our network and database with a success-only fee structure.

Process Management

Our process management methodology is designed to ensure there are no nasty surprises. It encompasses constant feedback through the interview process, mediation of contract and remuneration negotiations, and counter-offer risk management.
