Our client, an investment management and wealth planning services provider, is looking for a Programme Manager to join their Change team.
Delivering the assigned programme/projects:
Agreeing the vision for the programme/projects with the key stakeholders.
Designing the most suitable organization to deliver that vision.
Creating plans, budgets and resource profiles in collaboration with the relevant resource pool owners
Team management and leadership:
Building a suitable team using internal resources, supplier resources and targeted recruitment where necessary.
Leading that team including guiding, mentoring and training where necessary to get the most from each individual and the team as a whole.
Creating the appropriate level of plans to be able to communicate the approach, deliverables and milestones and then to be able to track progress successfully
Provide the Change Management Office with appropriate updates and reporting against deliverables and milestones and any updates to the central change portfolio roadmap view

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Excellent MS Office skills especially MSProject.
Understanding of the asset management industry and the regulatory environment.
Experience of delivering large programmes/projects through a combination of package implementation and internal development/configuration to realise true business benefits
Experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for waterfall and Agile.
Experience of programme and project management essential.
