Our client a family office are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager, reporting to the Group Head of Marketing. 

In this role you will execute a range of marketing activity that supports the family office services business objectives and drives business revenue and client growth.  Acting as brand guardian, you will ensure that the brand and reputation is correctly and accurately represented across each of the marketing channels used to promote the organisation.

  • Support the Family Office Services strategic marketing and communications strategies
  • Act as brand guardian
  • Manage and oversee all the Family Office Services social media accounts, managing all digital marketing channels to agreed budget and managing KPIs
  • Manage and improve online content, SEO and Google Analytics
  • Take responsibility for the CMS and any updates to any of the digital channels
  • Help drive change across the organisation regarding social media, acting as an ambassador for the channels by promoting and delivering training on best practice
  • Monitor the competition and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Understand objectives and targets for Family Office Services and implement relevant marketing tactics that will enable the objectives to be achieved
  • Build and maintain an excellent working relationship with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development/Marketing to ensure all activities are planned within agreed budgets and align with agreed goals
  • Support the production of marketing materials where required, both physical and digital
  • Plan and coordinate relevant events including seminars, conferences and client entertainment
  • Plan and execute all other related elements of the marketing mix required for each event


  • Applicants must have A Levels or equivalent (BTECT, IB) and could have a University degree in Marketing or similar
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in working in a marketing role in a professional services firm
  • Experience of working closely with senior management including directors
  • A detailed working knowledge of Microsoft office 2010
  • Some artistic flair
