KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Group in maintaining and developing relationships with investors and prospects
• Work across functions to obtain and coordinate information from the respective teams
• Coordinate investor, prospect and consultant calls and meetings
• Track activities in the investor pipeline  
• Maintain contact information in the CRM system to support the fundraising process
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor research, including keeping track of investment vehicles, strategy and performance of peers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in investor relations, investment banking, sales & trading, or investment management

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Strong interpersonal / communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work effectively in an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment
• High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable 
• Good interpersonal skills
