Maven Partners is on the look out for a Resourcer who’ll be moving up the ranks within the world of recruitment. Our client list has been growing and we need a Resourcer to identify the best candidates for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will support the Partner in sourcing data and candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter as well as other online resources and platforms 
  • Maintain proactive sourcing and recruiting practices by identifying and soliciting passive candidates
  • Screen candidates
  • Establish a pipeline of candidates for recurring positions
  • Assist in pre-pitch research and attend client briefing meetings with the local Partner where relevant 
  • Ownership of writing and reporting initial research reports and progress updates
  • Become a super user of Linkedin Recruiter

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years recruitment experience and an understanding of the financial services market in Jersey 
  • A good academic background
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Expert at sourcing qualified candidates
  • Personable, forward thinking, and positive attitude 
  • A natural “people person” and others just like being around you 
  • Successful in building trusted and collaborative relationships with everyone you interact with 
  • A self-starter requiring minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have entitled to work status
