Account Manager
Apply for this jobWe are seeking an organised, proactive, and client-focused Account Manager to support our client's Relationship Management team and act as a vital link between the Bank and a designated portfolio of clients.
This role would suit someone with a background in front office client support or service delivery, ideally within a banking or financial services environment. You might be looking to step up into a more client-facing position or deepen your involvement in day-to-day relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Support Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction
- Coordinate the onboarding process, documentation, and ongoing account maintenance
- Liaise across internal departments (e.g. credit, compliance, operations) to manage client needs
- Handle client instructions relating to banking, custody, FX and credit transactions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and mitigate risk
- Ensure all activity is in line with regulatory requirements and internal controls
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a front office support role, ideally within banking, trust, or financial services
- Familiarity with banking, custody, FX and credit products
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with a professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using internal systems
- Experience managing multiple client relationships and competing priorities
