We are seeking an organised, proactive and client-focused Account Manager to support our client's Relationship Management team and act as a key link between the Bank and a designated portfolio of clients.

This role would suit someone with a background in front-office client support or service delivery, ideally within a banking or financial services environment. You may be looking to step into a more client-facing position or further develop your experience in relationship management within a dynamic and collaborative team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate and professional service delivery
• Support Relationship Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Coordinate account onboarding, documentation and ongoing account maintenance
• Liaise with internal teams, including Credit, Compliance and Operations, to support client requirements
• Manage client instructions relating to banking transactions, custody, foreign exchange and credit facilities
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and mitigate operational risk
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a front-office support, client services or account management role within banking, trust or financial services
• Knowledge of banking products and services, including custody, foreign exchange and credit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working across multiple systems
• Experience managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment
