We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a professional and collaborative finance team. You’ll take day-to-day responsibility for maintaining accounts payable processes across multiple Group entities — ensuring payments are made accurately, on time, and in line with company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and maintain all accounts payable transactions across Group entities
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of all creditors in accordance with company policies
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any payment or invoice discrepancies
  • Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits when required
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in financial control and process efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally previous experience in accounts payable, preferably within professional services or a law firm
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and controls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
