KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the team with the administration of client portfolios
  • Undertake bookkeeping to maintain accurate accounting records
  • Draft written instructions and on-line payments for distributions, dividends, professional fees etc
  • Draft minutes and general correspondence for review
  • Assist with maintaining an accurate statutory database
  • Liaise with intermediaries (banks, law firms and other professional advices) as required
  • Provide general assistance to the team, as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Good GSCE’s / A-levels, especially in English and Mathematics
  • Basic use of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
