KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the team with the administration of client portfolios
- Undertake bookkeeping to maintain accurate accounting records
- Draft written instructions and on-line payments for distributions, dividends, professional fees etc
- Draft minutes and general correspondence for review
- Assist with maintaining an accurate statutory database
- Liaise with intermediaries (banks, law firms and other professional advices) as required
- Provide general assistance to the team, as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Good GSCE’s / A-levels, especially in English and Mathematics
- Basic use of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
