KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Electronic registration and release of security interests on the Security Interests Register
- Running daily searches as requested of both the Jersey Registry and the Security Interests Register and obtaining relevant required documents
- Maintenance of internal records and monthly billing reconciliations
- Ordering of Certificates of Good Standing for various entities and liaising with the billing team to arrange reconciliation
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of expenses and collaborating with the Finance Team to prepare timely and accurate client bills
- Active diary management including liaising with the firm's travel provider to co-ordinate and finalise travel arrangements
- Co-ordinating meeting requirements
- Handling phone calls, managing emails
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in a simiar role
