We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic, collaborative support team. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work closely with Senior Management across the Channel Islands and wider departments, providing high-quality administrative support.

This role would suit someone early in their career who’s ready to grow in a professional environment and contribute meaningfully from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diary and meeting coordination for senior stakeholders
  • Organising offsite meetings and internal logistics
  • Providing general admin support across departments
  • Assisting with communications and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Some prior admin or office experience is beneficial
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • A natural communicator – professional and approachable
  • Reliable and organised with a strong work ethic
  • Eager to learn and build a career in financial services
  • Comfortable taking initiative and asking the right questions when needed
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
