Administrator, Private Investment Firm
Apply for this jobOur client, a private investment firm, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrator to join their small, collaborative team in Jersey. This is a broad and varied role, providing essential support across three key functions: Human Resources, Compliance and Investor Relations.
Working closely with a team of five, this role would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety, and is confident managing multiple tasks and priorities. It’s an excellent opportunity to develop experience across several core business areas within a supportive setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of communications
- Maintain and update contact lists and CRM systems
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of meetings and communications
- Track investor feedback and compile relevant data and insights
- Gather and summarise competitor intelligence and market updates
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support the HR team in preparing internal reports and maintaining accurate employee records
- Contribute to HR research, including salary benchmarking, benefit reviews, and well-being initiatives
- Conduct testing in line with the compliance monitoring programme and maintain records accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the financial services sector
- Comfortable working across multiple departments and managing competing priorities

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident multitasker, able to manage deadlines across varied workstreams
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive information
