We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic IT team as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Analyst!

As an AI Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team, working directly under the AI Lead. Your role will be essential in supporting the execution and delivery of AI projects, utilising the latest advancements in technology to drive innovation and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a view of products and industry in general. Working to understand new trends opportunities and threats to company goals
• Assist the AI lead with the evaluation of proposed AI solutions against existing solutions
• Work closely with IT colleagues (e.g. Infrastructure, development and support) to ensure solutions align to strategic needs and scalability aspirations
• Collaboration with business stakeholders and business relationship managers to ensure that AI initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver tangible value to the organisation 
• Work closely with end users across the business to understand their specific needs and challenges, to help them leverage AI-powered solutions
• Assist the AI Lead in delivering AI projects on time and within budget
• Support the AI Lead in ensuring all AI initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, including data privacy and AI ethics

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Business Analysis skills including requirements elicitation, process mapping and presenting recommendations
• Ideally, knowledge of AI machine learning, and data analytics technologies
• An understanding of compliance, data privacy, and ethical considerations in AI
• Proven project management skills
• Help support creation and execution of UAT plan
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting on KPIs
