AML & Client Onboarding Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance or client administration professional to join a highly regarded team, supporting client onboarding activities and a broad range of risk and compliance processes across the business.
Working closely with legal, risk and compliance teams, you will play an important role in ensuring client due diligence requirements are met while contributing to the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the client onboarding process, ensuring all AML and client due diligence requirements are completed accurately and efficiently
- Review and maintain client due diligence records in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with conflict checking processes and related risk assessments
- Liaise with legal teams and other stakeholders to obtain and verify client information
- Support ongoing client monitoring and compliance activities
- Maintain accurate records within client management and compliance systems
- Assist with wider risk and compliance projects and administrative tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant experience gained within a client administration, compliance, risk or operational control role within a professional or financial services environment
- Experience working with client due diligence documentation is essential
- Knowledge of corporate and fiduciary services within Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman or the BVI would be beneficial
- Knowledge of AML regulations in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, the BVI or the UK, with a willingness to further develop technical expertise
