KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide essential company secretarial services to a selection of fund entities
  • Assist with governance, regulatory compliance, and board meeting preparations
  • Maintain statutory records and ensure best practice is followed
  • Work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally hold or be working towards an industry relevant professional qualification such as ICSA (support for training will be provided)
  • At least 2 years relevant industry experience
  • Good knowledge of the offshore fund industry
  • Experience relating to London Stock Exchange listed entities would be beneficial

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
