KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide essential company secretarial services to a selection of fund entities
- Assist with governance, regulatory compliance, and board meeting preparations
- Maintain statutory records and ensure best practice is followed
- Work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally hold or be working towards an industry relevant professional qualification such as ICSA (support for training will be provided)
- At least 2 years relevant industry experience
- Good knowledge of the offshore fund industry
- Experience relating to London Stock Exchange listed entities would be beneficial
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
