A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced accounting professional to join the Fund & Corporate service line of a leading provider. As Assistant Manager, Accountant, you’ll deliver high-quality client accounting and reporting across a diverse portfolio of corporate and fund clients, covering a wide range of asset classes, SPV accounting, and transactional work.

This is a great fit for a qualified accountant with strong technical expertise who is looking to step up into a more senior, hands-on role with exposure to complex structures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide client accounting and reporting for a varied portfolio of fund and corporate clients
• Work across a wide range of asset classes and SPV structures
• Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS and UK GAAP
• Support transactional work including complex fund structures
• Supervise and support junior team members where required
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant client deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a funds and/or corporate team
• Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/ACA)
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
• Proven experience with complex fund structures (real estate exposure desirable)
• Experience with Navision or Investran would be an advantage
