KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the delivery of client compliance services in line with Jersey’s regulatory framework
• Act as a key contact for internal teams and clients on compliance matters, contributing to robust governance and operational excellence
• Assist in the oversight of AML/CFT/CPF obligations under the AMLSP framework
• Contribute to ongoing monitoring, testing, and remediation programme
• Support senior team members with regulatory reporting and stakeholder engagement

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compliance or a relevant fiduciary/funds environment
• Studying towards or already holding a recognised compliance qualification (e.g. ICA)
• Solid understanding of Jersey’s AML/CFT/CPF regime and JFSC Codes of Practice
• Experience working within regulated financial services
