KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the delivery of client compliance services in line with Jersey’s regulatory framework
- Act as a key contact for internal teams and clients on compliance matters, contributing to robust governance and operational excellence
- Assist in the oversight of AML/CFT/CPF obligations under the AMLSP framework
- Contribute to ongoing monitoring, testing, and remediation programme
- Support senior team members with regulatory reporting and stakeholder engagement
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compliance or a relevant fiduciary/funds environment
- Studying towards or already holding a recognised compliance qualification (e.g. ICA)
- Solid understanding of Jersey’s AML/CFT/CPF regime and JFSC Codes of Practice
- Experience working within regulated financial services
