This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with experience in accounts payable, receivable, and cash management to take on a broader leadership role within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Working alongside the Finance Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include managing bank accounts, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting the continuous improvement of processes and systems across the function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage daily cash flow and bank reconciliations in line with regulatory and internal standards
- Lead and support a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Ensure adherence to financial procedures, policies, and control frameworks
- Identify and implement improvements to financial operations and systems
- Assist with internal and external audits as required
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and banking partners
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in a finance operations, accounting or payments environment
- Prior exposure to multi-jurisdictional finance functions, ideally in a professional services or partnership setting
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes and cash management
- Familiarity with financial systems and process improvement initiatives
