Assistant Manager, Fund Administration
Apply for this jobThis is a rare opportunity on island to join a small team at a PE Fund Investor, within the fund administration team. This role will support the Senior Manager in all aspects of the administrative support to the funds and administrated vehicles.
This position will have interaction globally across the group and will offer a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a large variety of interesting and varied responsibilities. This is a hands-on role that will offer exceptional career growth and an opportunity to work “client side” within an asset manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with the management of the fund administration team
- Assisting the Senior Manager with:
- RCF establishment and renewals
- Entity establishment
- Viewpoint; ensuring share and interest changes are reflected correctly and new entities are entered
- Administration lead on the weekly Board meetings; liaison with third party administrators on contact, requirement for meetings, board paper logistics etc
- Overseeing the processing and payment of all received invoices in an accurate and timely fashion and accruing of costs at key reporting periods
- Approving of invoices and payments through the online payment system
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 plus years experience of PE Fund Administration
- Previous experience of online banking platforms
- Prior Fund Management experience
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Adobe PDFs
