Assistant Manager, Fund Administration
Apply for this jobWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager – Fund Administration to join our client’s growing team.
As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for administering a complex portfolio of private capital structures, including funds and corporate entities, while supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional client service across the full lifecycle of each structure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer a complex range of private capital structures (funds and corporates) and associated entities
- Assist with the establishment of new structures and the transition of switch business in line with processes
- Deliver exceptional service levels and a first-class client experience to clients and related parties throughout the entire lifecycle
- Support the maintenance and development of strong client and advisor relationships
- Act as a mentor to junior team members under the supervision of senior staff
- Co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance at and preparation of minutes for board and shareholder meetings
- Process and co-ordinate routine and complex fund operations
- Ensure accurate execution, documentation, and recording of all related activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong academic background
- CGI / ACCA / ACA qualified or studying towards
- Experience in a similar corporate or fiduciary role
- Experience administering complex structures with confidence and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
