Our client, a leading provider of fund and corporate administration, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio while building and maintaining key client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of fund and corporate clients
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact
  • Oversee client transactions, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Work closely with senior management to streamline processes and enhance service delivery

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, proven fund administration experience
  • Hold a relevant professional qualification
  • Solid understanding of the finance industry including the regulatory requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivering exceptional client service
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
