We’re working with a well-respected financial services organisation looking to appoint an Assistant Manager to support their growing Real Estate team.

This role would suit an experienced corporate services professional who enjoys both the technical and leadership aspects of the job. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee a small team of administrators delivering high-quality corporate administration services to a diverse client portfolio
  • Manage complex client affairs, ensuring high levels of compliance, governance, and client satisfaction
  • Support and develop junior staff, leading by example and fostering a positive team culture
  • Work closely with Directors and Managers to maintain and grow long-term client relationships
  • Deliver efficient service while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate administration within a financial services environment
  • Excellent academic background with a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA, STEP)
  • Strong technical understanding of corporate structures, regulatory requirements, and client service excellence
  • Previous experience with Viewpoint would be an advantage

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing a varied workload
  • Commercially aware and client-centric
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
