KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer a portfolio of trusts, companies and foundations, liaising with clients, banks and investment managers as required
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day client relationships, attending client meetings and ensuring the timely delivery of transactions
- Take ownership of administration for a flagship client, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Ensure all administration is completed in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and AML/CFT requirements, applying these in all aspects of your work
- Support the onboarding of new business, including the completion of client due diligence and documentation
- Prepare accurate minutes for client entity meetings and transactions
- Complete periodic client risk assessments and maintain accurate client records
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Approximately 8 years' relevant trust and company administration experience
- Holding or working towards a relevant Table 4 qualification

- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Confident managing relationships with clients and professional intermediaries
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior colleagues

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to Work in Jersey
