Apply for this jobJoin a respected organisation in Jersey as an Associate Director, Compliance, where you’ll take on a senior leadership role across a diverse portfolio of regulated and supervised client entities. This is a key opportunity for an experienced compliance professional ready to lead and influence high standards of financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as Key Person (CO, MLCO, MLRO) across a range of client entities including trust companies, fund structures, and Jersey Private Funds (JPFs)
- Lead the implementation and oversight of compliance and financial crime frameworks
- Provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Coordinate regulatory engagement, including with the JFSC, and manage compliance programmes
- Drive risk-based decision making and maintain robust internal controls
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Act as Key Person (CO, MLCO, MLRO) across a range of client entities including trust
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Compliance, or in a fiduciary/funds environment with compliance responsibility
- Proven experience in holding Key Person roles within regulated/supervised entities
- Strong working knowledge of Jersey AML/CFT/CPF legislation and regulatory expectations
- Holds or is studying towards a recognised compliance qualification (e.g. ICA Diploma or equivalent)

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
