KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of a fiduciary administration team
- Oversee a portfolio of complex trust, company, and foundation structures
- Drive service excellence and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
- Lead on regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks
- Identify and mitigate operational and reputational risks
- Contribute to the commercial strategy, including business development and growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop senior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Act as a key stakeholder across the business and with external partners
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must hold a Table 4 qualification (STEP, ICSA (CGI), or equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience within the fiduciary services sector
- Significant leadership experience, with a strong commercial track record
- Proven experience managing complex trust, corporate, and private wealth structures Extensive exposure to high-net-worth and institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions Strong technical knowledge of fiduciary regulations, governance, and risk management
