KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight to a small, capable funds administration team
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant fund administration services
- Act as a point of technical guidance and escalation within the team
- Introduce and embed best practices and BAU controls
- Support business development efforts and contribute to the strategic growth of the funds service line
- Work closely with senior stakeholders on both client delivery and internal operations
- Ensure adherence to JFSC regulations, AML requirements, and all relevant local and internal compliance policies
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years’ experience in fund administration or financial services
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a management or leadership role
- Professional qualification preferred (e.g., ACCA, ACA, ICSA, CFA)
- Familiarity with fund administration platforms (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue)
- Strong understanding of JFSC regulations, AML requirements, and compliance frameworks
