We’re partnering with a growing, forward-thinking Funds business seeking a capable, commercially minded Associate Director to support strategic leadership, drive operational delivery, and help shape the future of its fund administration function.

This role has a clear pathway to Director level, making it a standout opportunity for a strong Senior Manager or Associate Director ready to step into broader leadership with real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight to a small, capable funds administration team
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant fund administration services
• Act as a point of technical guidance and escalation within the team
• Introduce and embed best practices and BAU controls
• Support business development efforts and contribute to the strategic growth of the funds service line
• Work closely with senior stakeholders on both client delivery and internal operations
• Ensure adherence to JFSC regulations, AML requirements, and all relevant local and internal compliance policies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years’ experience in fund administration or financial services
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a management or leadership role
• Professional qualification preferred (e.g., ACCA, ACA, ICSA, CFA)
• Familiarity with fund administration platforms (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue)
• Strong understanding of JFSC regulations, AML requirements, and compliance frameworks
