KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the Administration team of Fund Ops
- Transform the current Administration function into a scalable, efficient and technology-driven department
- Responsible for the external fund administration providers with all aspects of company secretarial and administration matters
- Supervise the investor onboarding / offboarding processes
- Oversee the implementation and administration of Jersey holding companies and Fund structures
- Support the Fund Controlling team
- Supervise accurate processing of instructions within agreed deadlines
- Review simple legal documents and ensure proper execution and oversee the arrangements for legalisations, notarisations and apostilles
- Inspect together with the Investor Relations team, all investor queries
- Support firm wide projects and proactively identify improvement opportunities, quality and efficiency gains within the Administration function
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Hold a university degree preferably in law, finance or business administration
- Hold or study towards ICSA or equivalent
- 7+ years of prior experience in a similar position
- Strong experience and knowledge of Private Equity Funds or other illiquid alternative asset classes
- Experience in another PE House or Fund Administrator background an advantage
