KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pro-actively contribute to initiatives to improve processes to drive operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), ensuring their wealth management needs are met with tailored solutions
- Deliver agreed standards for client service and monitor performance on a regular basis
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the private wealth sector, enhancing service offerings and expanding the client base
- Maintain a high level of competitor and industry awareness
- Act as an authorised signatory for client matters
- Ensure all private wealth services are delivered in compliance with relevant regulations and internal risk management policies
- Ensure that risk management processes are embedded in the culture, operations and systems
- Maintain up-to-date information on developments in the regulatory environment that affect the business and ensure compliance at all time
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Professionally qualified and holder of a relevant qualification from a recognised professional body
- Extensive experience within the offshore trust Industry
- Corporate Governance experience and an understanding and experience of risk mitigation
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with a proven ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of HNWIs and UHNWIs
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
