Based in Jersey, this role is ideal for candidates currently in the UK, Ireland, or Scotland who are considering a move offshore, as well as those already working in Jersey or another offshore location. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead and manage the full audit cycle for a portfolio of diverse clients
  • Supervise and coach audit teams, promoting a culture of high performance
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver insights beyond the numbers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and audit standards
  • Ensure deadlines are met and engagement quality remains consistently high

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA / ICAEW / or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, including 1+ year as Audit Manager
  • Preferably trained within a Big 4 environment
  • Proven experience managing audits and client relationships
