As an Audit Senior, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the financial operations. You will collaborate closely with the talented team of professionals, including auditors, accountants, and financial advisors, conducting comprehensive audits and provide valuable insights to enhance the internal controls and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the Audit Director and Audit Manager
- Run audit and/or other assurance engagements from planning to completion
- Work as part of a bigger team on larger audit assignments
- Produce comprehensive and accurate audit files and working papers
- Liaise with clients on audit requirements
- Complete other engagement management tasks such as KYC updates, WIP analysis, billing of ongoing and completed work, and other ad hoc client-related work
- Participate in quality control reviews and implementation of quality control improvements
- Undertake and satisfactorily complete all professional development training required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Be in possession of, or be working towards an ICAEW/ACCA Accountancy Qualification or equivalent
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
- It is preferred, but not required, that the candidates have spent the majority of their professional career working in external audit in a professional practice
- Has experience in working on audits carried out in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing
- An understanding of Jersey’s Financial Services regime or a similar regulated financial services regime is preferred but not required
