We’re searching for a Banking Operations Manager to oversee and optimise the firm’s banking platforms and payment processes.

This is a pivotal role for a systems-minded professional with a strong operational and technical background — someone ready to take ownership of a critical transformation project, leading the selection and implementation of a new payments system to drive efficiency, improve user experience, and strengthen financial controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage banking platforms and payment processes across CI and UK teams
• Lead the selection and implementation of a new payments system to improve operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure robust, compliant, and efficient payment solutions
• Maintain oversight of payment controls, reconciliations, and authorisations
• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and fiduciary obligations
• Act as a subject matter expert on banking operations and technology-driven improvements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in banking operations or financial systems management, ideally within fiduciary or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking platforms and payment systems
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and fiduciary duties
• A passion for technology-driven solutions, with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft toolkit
