Apply for this jobWe are looking for a Billing Administrator to join our client’s dynamic Finance Billing & Collections team at a prestigious legal firm. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising working capital and ensuring smooth, efficient invoicing processes.
As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the business with the creation and distribution of invoices, working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. You will also contribute to driving process efficiencies, helping to enhance financial operations and improve cash flow management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of invoices in line with firm policies
- Work closely with legal teams to ensure accurate billing and compliance with client agreements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support the Finance Billing & Collections team with general administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent internal support, answering queries related to invoicing and billing processes
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in billing, finance administration, or a related field (legal or professional services preferred)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
