Billing Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate creation and distribution of invoices, while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the creation, review and distribution of client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure billing processes are completed in line with internal procedures and deadlines
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with improving billing processes and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies
- Utilise billing systems and automated workflows to support effective invoice management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail across all billing activity
- Support the wider finance team with working capital optimisation initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience working in a billing or finance administration role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
- Experience using billing systems, ideally including Aderant tools and automated workflows
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of invoice processing and billing procedures
