We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Executive / Senior Executive to join our client's growing BD team. This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Head of Business Development to support their teams in delivering their business plans through a range of domestic and international BD initiatives, both in-person and online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support partners and practice groups in the delivery of their business development plans
• Assist with the coordination and execution of domestic and international BD activities, events and campaigns (in-person and virtual)
• Contribute to pitch preparation, tender responses and client presentations
• Maintain and update marketing materials, credentials and client communications
• Support the management of CRM data and reporting activity
• Conduct market and client research to identify growth opportunities
• Assist with internal reporting on BD activity and outcomes
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent)
• Ideally hold a professional or relevant Marketing qualification
• Previous experience working within a law firm environment is desirable
• Experience using a CRM system would be beneficial, but is not essential
• Experience in business development, marketing or professional services support roles would be advantageous
