  • Work with lawyers to strengthen and deepen existing relationships with clients and intermediaries and identifying new possible work streams
  • Conduct market research to identify strategically aligned new business opportunities
  • Promote best practice usage of the Client Relationship Management application
  • Prepare and update marketing collateral and supporting credential documents
  • Work in collaboration with the Business Development & Marketing team on events and external communication activities
  • Ensure all Business Development activity is in line with the marketing plan and budget
  • Full participation in global projects and initiatives run by the wider Business Development and marketing teams


  • Proven track record of success in business development
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing concepts
  • Able to demonstrate a progressive career with a focus on business development
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • The ability to maintain focused on objectives


  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Project management skills: the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time, budgets and people in order to meet deadlines 
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a number of stakeholders
