KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the charge in implementing the Business Development & Marketing plans to achieve strategic goals
- Undertake research and analysis on clients, intermediaries, and key markets
- Use the CRM system to capture, process and report on client, intermediary and BD data
- Assist with the production of relationship summaries, pitches, and credential statements
- Support the organisations and preparation of marketing trips, conference attendance, presentations and follow-up activities
- Management of client special term and policies records
- With the assistance of other members of the Business Development & Marketing team, organising local and overseas marketing events and client entertainment
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally degree qualified (preferably covering business or marketing related subjects) or hold the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Demonstrable business development and marketing skills set
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive working approach
- Effective project management skills
- High level of commercial acumen
- Adept in the main Microsoft applications
- Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Proficient written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
