You willl play a crucial role in supporting the Partners and their teams in delivering their business plans through a range of domestic and international BD activities. Working closely with the Head of BD, Marketing, and Communication, you will be at the forefront of driving the firm's growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Partners and Fee Earners to develop the strategy, budgets and market plans
• Understand the changing dynamics of the markets in which the company operates and identify opportunities across the relevant jurisdictions and regions
• Support the international promotion of the brand's ethos and core values
• Lead internal monthly and quarterly business development update meetings 
• Support, manage and monitor the legal practice groups in achieving their goals and track progress against agreed strategic objectives
• Assist with the development and implementation of the key client programme  
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm on events, marketing opportunities and communications
• Work with colleagues across practices and offices to ensure an aligned targeted approach to the promotion of the companies legal services 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Educated to A level or equivalent
• Ideally have completed a professional/relevant qualification in Marketing

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Excellent planning abilities and a strong teamwork ethic
• A strong track record for delivery and ability of managing multiple projects at the same time
• Develop and demonstrate expertise in event production, vendor negotiation, event contract procedures, logistics and audience management
• Ability to work successfully with minimal supervision, but seek and take direction appropriately from the Head of BD, Marketing and Communication, whilst being flexible under tight deadlines
• Confident, resilient and pragmatic with the ability to adapt to and manage unforeseen issues and changes
• Proactive and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Well organised and deliver to a consistently high standard
• Committed team player 
• Ability to demonstrate experience of building a collaborative environment
