Apply for this jobOur client a leading global accountancy firm are seeking a Business Development Senior Manager, supporting the Head of Clients and Markets with the Group’s next phase of sales growth.
In this role the successful candidate will act as an internal sales and business development role model coaching the partners and staff. Using their own business network, will generate new leads and opportunities, representing the company locally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and promote a business development culture throughout the Group
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within the Group and the wider network
- Managing sales operations which will include
- Reporting and pipeline
- Pursuits library management
- CRM Management
- Relevant industry events
- Maintenance of account and sector plans
- Conduct client reviews to ensure all client needs are met through all service line offerings
- Assist with seeking out new opportunities and markets for the Head of Business Development
- Preparation and delivery of new business presentations
- Coaching the partner group in sales and business development
- Support wider Group projects
- Raise the profile of the Group in key jurisdictions
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant management experience and/or qualification
- Excellent understanding of the business core sectors; Financial Services and Private Equity
- Proven track record in business development and growth
- A high level of responsiveness to clients needs
