KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative solutions
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology, business processes, and internal services
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept experiments to validate the potential of new ideas
• Develop and prototype new ideas, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices
• Set up and manage projects for the delivery of innovative solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams, process owners, and other stakeholders to implement and deploy innovative solutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent related experience
• Proven experience in driving innovation and implementing transformative solutions within an organisation and similar department
• Strong knowledge of business processes, systems, and technologies
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends such as automation, digital transformation, and data analytics
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
