Our client is a professional services business looking to add a Business Support Administrator to manage the company front desk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Basic administration duties
  • Managing the front desk for maximum efficiency
  • Organising travel for the company

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Must be a self-starter and confident working on their own initiative
  • Excellent administrative, planning and organisational and time management skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
  • Able to work independently
