KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enhance service delivery through effective oversight of cash movement processes and internal coordination
- Build strong relationships with counterparty banks and internal stakeholders
- Provide pragmatic, solution-led support to teams across the business
- Oversee set-up and day-to-day operation of cash-related accounts, systems, and reporting
- Contribute to best practice, process improvement and operational risk mitigation
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in trust and company administration, banking, payments, or financial services operations
- Background in managing cash movement, reconciliations, or payments processes
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ICSA, STEP, or operationally aligned certifications)
- Strong understanding of Jersey’s financial services landscape and the considerations for working with local banks
- Previous experience supporting internal teams in a non-client-facing capacity highly desirable
