We’re working with a leading financial services organisation seeking a forward-thinking and operationally strong professional to join their specialist cash management team. This role offers a unique chance to step away from traditional client-facing responsibilities and instead focus on high-value, strategic support across the business.

This is a standout role for a Trust Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager ready to move away from client-facing duties and focus on strategic, business-critical support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enhance service delivery through effective oversight of cash movement processes and internal coordination
• Build strong relationships with counterparty banks and internal stakeholders
• Provide pragmatic, solution-led support to teams across the business
• Oversee set-up and day-to-day operation of cash-related accounts, systems, and reporting
• Contribute to best practice, process improvement and operational risk mitigation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in trust and company administration, banking, payments, or financial services operations
• Background in managing cash movement, reconciliations, or payments processes
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ICSA, STEP, or operationally aligned certifications)
• Strong understanding of Jersey’s financial services landscape and the considerations for working with local banks
• Previous experience supporting internal teams in a non-client-facing capacity highly desirable
