KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the board of directors to ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management of the Trust Company
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and enhance shareholder value
• Provide guidance and support to the executive team in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Ideally proven experience as a Chair, MD, or CEO in a trust company, with a strong understanding of the trust sector and related regulatory frameworks
• A track record of delivering growth, profitability, and stakeholder value
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate governance and risk management
