Chief Executive – Trust & Fiduciary Services (Middle East)
Apply for this jobA unique opportunity has arisen for an accomplished fiduciary leader to spearhead the launch and long-term growth of a new trust and fiduciary services business headquartered in the Middle East. This role is ideal for a senior executive with deep sector expertise, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and proven experience building or scaling regulated fiduciary operations within the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan for establishing and expanding trust and fiduciary services in the Middle East
- Define long-term commercial objectives, growth initiatives, and operational priorities
- Build relationships with private client partners across international offices to align strategy and service offerings
- Ensure full compliance with relevant GCC regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements
- Establish robust governance, risk, and compliance structures for a newly formed regulated entity
- Act as the primary interface with local regulators and authorities
- Build and manage the operational infrastructure required to support high-quality fiduciary services
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and full P&L oversight
- Implement scalable systems, processes, and controls to support sustainable growth
- Drive regional business development efforts
- Guide the development of bespoke trust, corporate, and wealth structuring solutions
- Represent the business externally and strengthen its profile in local and regional markets
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 12–15+ years’ experience in trust, fiduciary, corporate services, private wealth structuring, or related financial services
- Proven track record in senior executive leadership
- Deep understanding of trust law, cross-border structuring, governance, and wealth planning
- Strong, practical knowledge of GCC regulatory environments
- Ideally hold STEP qualification, legal degree, or equivalent professional credential
- Experience advising UHNW individuals, family offices, and private banking professionals
- Previous experience working in or closely with the Middle East market
