- Build client knowledge and trustful relationships
- Oversee prompt resolution to clients complaints, and efficient response to requests
- Monitor the performance of the service delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage SLA modifications and all communication to clients
- Manage third party relationships
- Engage the IT and Operations local/global teams in the pursuit of service quality delivery and improvement
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must have industry knowledge, particularly Fund Administration / Securities Industry
- Professional qualification relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities services
- A solid understanding of Alternative Asset Funds

- Excellent interpersonal and written / oral communication skills
- Ability to build long term relationships both internally and externally
