KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, earning their trust as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor
- Understand clients' financial goals, aspirations, and risk appetite, providing personalised solutions and comprehensive wealth management strategies
- Lead a team of private client professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to drive their success and professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment advisors, tax experts, and legal professionals, to deliver holistic solutions to clients
- Identify new business opportunities, drive organic growth, and expand our private client portfolio through proactive business development initiatives
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to ensure the highest level of client service and compliance
- Continuously enhance client experiences, implementing innovative strategies and leveraging digital tools to deliver seamless and a personalised service
- Be responsible for your team’s “Anti Money Laundering” and “KYC” obligations and to ensure the team conduct
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Preferably LLB / ACA / ICSA / STEP qualified
- Full competence (Level 4 equivalent) to run own client portfolio and hold a sufficient understanding of all the service lines within the business
- A thorough knowledge of regulation relating to Trust Company Business
- Deep understanding of best practice in anti-money laundering and corporate governance
