KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducting reviews of AML procedures, business take on and KYC policies and procedures on-site at Approved Intermediaries, both at initial take on and at periodic renewal (regular travel to UK required);
• Performing KYC sample checks on pooled and designated accounts to ensure that PEPs and very high risk customers are correctly identified, notified and reviewed;
• Creating concise and focussed reports of AI Review findings and risk assessment, suitable for presentation to Business Executive;
• Where recalcitrant AIs are identified, ensure that Business Executive are advised together with recommendations of remediation actions. Agreed actions should be tracked through to completion;
• Ensure that a Master record of all high-risk disclosures is produced for each AI to coincide with their review. This should be sent to the AI for confirmation of all the existing disclosures, none have been missed and any to delete due to the exit of the customer;
• Responsible for the maintenance of the AI Watch list and any additions and deletion;

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Sound problem solving skills;
• Confident working with different systems (Intralinks, Intralinks Designer, Outlook, Hobart, eFront 
FIA); 

• Good time management skills;
• Good prioritisation skills to deal with a high volume of time sensitive tasks quickly and 
appropriately;
• Work collaboratively and effectively with other teams;
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;
• Good understanding of fund structures;
• Good understanding of Private Equity industry
