We’re seeking a detail-driven professional to join a leading financial services provider on a 3-month contract in Jersey. In this role, you’ll review and verify client documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and verify existing client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Identify and escalate documentation gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in a timely manner
• Validate the presence and suitability of due diligence documents, including ownership structures and risk classifications
• Maintain clear, auditable records of review outcomes and decisions
• Liaise with compliance, legal, and operations teams to resolve documentation queries
• Ensure all updates are accurately recorded in internal systems
• Promote consistency, transparency, and auditability across all client files
• Support the continuous improvement of documentation review processes

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in documentation analysis, onboarding, or AML/KYC
• Strong understanding of corporate structures and regulatory standards
