Apply for this jobOur client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for a Client & Office Cashier to join their Finance team in Jersey.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance or cashiering experience to join a high-performing, collaborative team, with clear development pathways and exposure to the full finance function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day-to-day responsibility for Accounts Receivable, Cash, and Client Monies processes
- Ensuring full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls across all the company
- Supporting the delivery of excellent internal and external client service
- Working cross-functionally within the wider Finance team to maintain operational efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with reconciliations as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 2+ years in a similar finance/cashiering position
- Familiarity with Aderant or similar financial systems
- Finance or administrative background in a professional services environment would be advantageous
