We have a great opportunity for a Client Onboarding Relationship Manager for a confident leader with a strong understanding of KYC and AML processes who is passionate about improving the client onboarding experience. You'll be stepping into a role that offers both visibility and impact, leading a high-performing team within a respected professional services firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the Onboarding Advisers team, providing guidance and development
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for internal stakeholders regarding onboarding and KYC
• Oversee day-to-day client acceptance and onboarding risk activities
• Collaborate with KYC SMEs to ensure implementation of best practice standards
• Drive consistent data quality and accurate client onboarding records
• Support the delivery of timely and insightful management reporting
• Champion onboarding system improvements and user support
• Promote risk awareness and embed quality control in team processes

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Solid experience in client risk management, onboarding, or KYC/AML roles
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and AML risk implications
• Proven experience in client relationship management
• Prior team leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop others
• Technologically savvy — able to manage data and reporting tools effectively
